The free luxury hotel accommodations in Macau
which was accepted by Pagcor Chair Bong Naguiat from a Japanese investor is the
newest ‘baluktot na daan’ of the Pnoy Administration.
Especially since as expected, Malacanang READILY CLEARED
Naguiat of any wrongdoing and Pnoy did not even order an inquiry into the
propriety of the Pagcor chair’s act.
I’m also aware of the so-called ‘industry practice’which
Malacanang is heavily flaunting in defense of Naguiat. But consider these,
ladies and gentlemen:
Naguiat is a GOVERNMENT MAN, NOT just another business
executive of a private firm. His behavior is subject to GOVERNMENT, NOT PRIVATE
SECTOR ETHICS.
Up to now, Pagcor is a government corporation. Anybody
correct me if I’m wrong but the government is not an industry.
Malacanang itself has been vigorously heralding the doctrine
that no government employee must accept gifts from anyone.
So unless Malacanang can present any law that says the
chairman of Pagcor is exempted from receiving gifts, Naguiat is GUILTY and
Malacanang’s defense of him is another PATHETIC, HYPOCRITICAL BULLSHIT of
Pnoy’s Administration.
And don’t forget, people, the Japanese investor’s casino
operations HAS NOT STARTED YET when Naguiat and his family, accepted the free
hotel stay.
Meaning, ANYTHING CAN STILL HAPPEN with the terms and
conditions of his investment in Pagcor’s Entertainment City
So what if a problem crops up along the way and the Japanese
investor will have to resort to something ILLEGAL so as not to delay the start
of his business? What will Naguiat do?
Remember guys, it was only Naguiat and his family who were
in that Macau trip. Nobody knows what
transpired between him and the Japanese investor.
We have no assurance that everything they had talked about STRICTLY
LEGAL.
But Pnoy and his mouthpieces at Malacanang DOESN’T GIVE A
SHIT! As far as their concerned Naguiat, like other kabarkadas, kabarilan and
kaklase of Pnoy is INNOCENT with no investigation needed.
As I always say, guys, this bullshit of Pnoy goes on because
we allow it to go on. 30
