CAMPAIGN TO BLAME ROBREDO PILOT STARTS!

A MALICIOUS campaign to blame the pilot for the plane crash that killed DILG Sec Jesse Robredo last Aug. 18 has started.

And I can see no other reason than to divert the public’s attention from the INCONSISTENCIES in the statements of Robredo aide and lone survivor June Paolo Abrazado.

A supposed source at the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) claimed to the Philippine Star that pilot Jessup Bahinting did not renew both his commercial and flight instructor pilot licenses when these expired last April 8.

The source said with an expired license, Bahinting should not have flown the plane.

Notice, people, that the CAAP source made the claim with CERTAINTY, purportedly as per their data base.

But the source quickly added that Bahinting might have indeed renewed his licenses. The hard copy, however, has not been entered into the agency’s database.

HINDI NAMAN PALA SIGURADO, SINIRAAN AGAD yung namayapang piloto. At sa dyaryo pa nagsalita.

Alam nung source na lalabas sa dyaryo ang sasabihin niya.

Kung hindi PANINIRA at PANINISI ang balak niya laban kay Bahinting, dapat ay sinabi niyang SISIGURADUHIN muna niya sa records BAGO siya magcomment.

Even if he or she will not be named in the Philippine Star news story.

In effect, the source is trying to say “Investigate Bahinting, not Abrazado.  Find out first if he should have flown the plane in the first place or not.”

Take note, guys: One week after the crash, NO KNOWN EFFORT has been exerted by anyone to clarify the INCONSISTENCIES in Abrazado’s statements from the man himself.

Pero pagdating kay Bahinting, hindi pa pala sigurado kung talagang hindi nagrenew ng lmga lisensya yung piloto pero BINANATAN na agad sa dyaryo.

That’s why I’m categorically saying that this is both a DEMOLITION JOB on Bahinting and a DIVERSIONARY tactic in support of Abrazado.

t’s a good thing Bahinting’s staff at Aviatour Air, where he was chairman and chief executive officer, say they have records to prove that he had renewed his licenses.

The human resources manager said the aircraft would not have been cleared for take-off by the Mactan air traffic control if Bahinting’s licenses were expired.

It’s getting CLEARER that there was PRACTICALLY NO ATTEMPT to save the life of DILG Sec. Jesse Robredo when the  plane he and his aide de camp June Abrazado were flying in crashed, resulting in his death.

And there’s a seemingly insignificant part of his statement to Malacanang which needs THOROUGH CLARIFICATION gotm him.

Before I continue, to those who will say that Abrazado is still in shock or something to that effect, THINK HARD ABOUT THIS:

If he was strong and mentally fit enough to give a DETAILED statement to Pnoy and Malacanang on the supposed final minutes before the plane slammed into the sea ONLY A DAY AFTER the incident, there’s no reason why he can’t do the same  to others all over again.

Abrazado has yet to explain why he and Robredo were NOT WEARING LIFE VESTS when they were found.

Considering the facts that:

He already knew they’re in an emergency situation, as shown by the supposed request for emergency landing made by the flight to Masbate airport.

As a pilot friend of mine told me, every plane, big or small is supposed to have life vests on board. But apparently, Abrazado did not ask Robredo to wear one before the crash.

If Abrazado will say the plane did not have life vests, did he relay this to airport authorities before they took off?

As reported earlier in media, Abrazado said he made sure that Robredo’s seatbelt was secured until  the plane finally went down, instead of POSITIONING THEMSELVES BY THE DOOR for a possible jump before impact.

Remember, guys, the plane did not crash in a split-second.

If Abrazado had positioned himself and Robredo by the door, they would have seen the plane shortly before it hit the water and jumped to safety.

Abrazado had also said he found a piece of wood at he door of the plane.

Question: What’s a piece of wood doing in the plane? Who brought it in, or how did it get there? If it’s debris from something, it should have surfaced instantly.

Whether Abrazado, and his supporters, like it or not, he’s the only one who can clarify all the issues about the crash, especially the CONTRADICTIONS in his statements and the ILLOGICAL and SUSPICIOUS actions he took after the tragedy.

If he’s suddenly declared mentally sick by government officials, DON’T ACCEPT it hook, line and sinker people. It will be the fastest way to spare him from QUESTIONING BY ANYONE, especially media.

Let’s all demand for an evaluation from the PRIVATE SECTOR.

SERENO APPOINTMENT ILLOGICAL, LACKS COMMON SENSE!

The appointment of Associate Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno as the new Supreme Court Chief Justice defies both LOGIC and COMMON SENSE.

First: Sereno was one of two aspirants who got the lowest grades in the PSYCHOLOGICAL evaluation given by the Judicial and Bar Council t(JBC) to all the chief justice nominees.

On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 as the lowest, Sereno got a grade of 4.  That alone should have been an alarm for her MENTAL STABILITY for ONE OF THE HIGHEST government positions in the country.

A story in The Manila Times.net said copies of the evaluation, which was marked “Strictly Confidential,” were distributed to JBC members during their July 19 preliminary meeting.

The evaluation said Sereno was “dramatic and emotional, projects a happy mood but has depressive markers (and) a strong tendency to make decisions based on CURRENT MOOD. Thus, outcome is HIGHLY SUBJECTIVE and SELF-RIGHTEOUS (emphasis mine).”

Ibig sabihin, kapag natiyempong mainint ang ulo niya, posibleng magdesisyon si Sereno base sa kung ano ang pumasok sa isip niya, at hindi BASE LAMANG SA BATAS, NA SIYANG DAPAT MANGYARI.

Seconjd: Sereno had been a Supreme Court associate justice for ONLY TWO YEARS until she was appointed as Chief Justice by Pnoy. She was appointed only on Aug. 16, 2010.

That means EXPERIENCE-WISE, she was WAY, WAY BEHIND the other senior associate justices like Antonio Carpio when it comes to being a member of the High Tribunal and in handling cases brought before it for action.

I’M NOT SAYING that Sereno’s professionally incompetent to be Chief Justice.

My point is, considering the nature and complexities of the position of Chief Justice, it would have been WISER and MORE LOGICAL to appoint somebody with both the legal brilliance and widest-ranging experience.

Kumbaga sa kumpanya, ang itinalagang bagong chief executive officer ni Pnoy ay isang baguhan sa halip na isang matagal na doon at kasinggaling, kundi man mas magaling pa, sa taong kaniyang pinili.

For sure, both Sereno and Pnoy were AWARE of these factors  And yet, he chose her for Chief Justice.

So other than her vow of independence when she was sworn into office by Pnoy, what’s our assurance that she won’t be a puppet of the President for his desires or needs from the Supreme Court?

Like the reversal of the decision awarding Hacienda Luisita to its farm workers? The floor is yours, ladies and gentlemen.

Robredo aide June Paolo Abrazado must explain this, HIMSELF.

And not through Transport Sec. Mar Roxas or any other government official who has been taling about the plane crash that killed his boss, DILG Sec. Jesse Robredo, and two others.

In a press conference yesterday which was reported today in the Philippine Star,, Robredo’s widow Leni said at 3:15 p.m. last Saturday, she asked him in a text message if he will arrive and he replied ‘yes.’

When she was on her way to fetch him at the Pili Airport, Leni said Robredo sent him a text message that their plane was returning to Cebu.

Leni said she asked him why but he ONLY REPEATED THE MESSAGE. 

When he didn't instruct her on whether to go home or wait at the airport, she went home. She sent him another text message that she has been calling him but  he did not answer.

So WHAT WAS HAPPENING to Robredo, or in the plane? What VERY, VERY IMPORTANT thing was he doing that he could not even take the call of his wife?

ONLY ABRAZADO CAN ANSWER THESE, since he was the only one who survived the crash.

When Leni arrived home at about 4:40 p.m. and finally got to talk to the secretary, she said he calmly replied: “Ma, sandali lang, may inaasikaso ako. Tawagan na lang kita (Ma, just a minute, I’m just taking care of something. I’ll call you back)

Question: ANO yung inaasikaso ni Robredo?

The GAP in Robredo’s call or reply to Leni may only be minutes. But as we all know, anybody can do a LOT OF THINGS within minutes, especially if there is a plan to follow.

And take note, people: Leni DID NOT CONFIRM earlier media reports that she was categorically told by Robredo before the crash that one of the plane’s engines had stopped running.

For once, Mar Roxas, SHUT UP and let Abrazado do the talking, NOT YOU!

Keep in mind, boys and girls: Any explanation for this CRUCIAL GAP  by people other than Abrazado is HEARSAY or TSISMIS. HINDI SILA DAPAT PANIWALAAN, dahil HINDI NAMAN SILA KASAMA sa eroplano nina Abrazado at Robredo.

The refusal of Transportation and Communications Sec. Mar Roxas to allow the family to open the casket of DILG Sec. Jesse Robredo and view his remains is another sign of an apparent cover-up in the secretary’s death.

Roxas is NOT THE HEAD of the Robredo family.  

The ones who wanted to open the casket were Robredo’s wife and children,  NOT HIS. 

He was NOT THE BOSS of the late secretary so he DOES NOT HAVE ANY MORAL OR LEGAL right to dictate what should be done to the body or how should Robredo’s widow and kids treat the remains.

And for sure, Roxas is NOT THE ONE PAYING for the wake and burial expenses of Robredo.

Therefore, whatever Robredo’s family and siblings want to do with his body is NONE of Roxas’ goddamn business.  He can suggest but he definitely CANNOT DICTATE to or CONTROL the secretary’s wife on what they can and cannot do.

Even if there were health risks, it’s the own lookout of Robredo’s widow and children, not his. If the body is in decomposition already, the widow and the kids need not touch it

All they wanted was ONE LONG, LAST LOOK at thehusband, and father who will no longer be with them for the rest of their lives.

With Roxas’ refusal for them to see the body, I fervently hope that Robredo’s wife and siblings will have the corpse AUTOPSIED, by somebody from the private sector, before the secretary is buried.

To be absolutely sure that the secretary died from drowning, and NOT FROM ANYTHING UNRELATED to drowning. Anything unrelated which they would easily notice in his remains..

Whether Roxas likes it or not, he has just given the public another reason to speculate or suspect that the Government is indeed trying to hide something in Robredo’s death.

Roxas had better have one EARTH-SHAKING REASON to have the nerve to deny Robredo’s wife and kids the chance to open the casket and see his remains.

If Roxas can’t give any, we’re in BIG, BIG TROUBLE with this government, people. Keep that in mind.
