PNOY SIMPLY STUPID AND ARROGANT!

I hate to say this but Pnoy is certainly one hell of a STUPID, ARROGANT president!

Instead of calling for love of fellowmen and unity in his Easter message, Pnoy again acted like a gay fishwife in attacking former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) for the people’s sufferings.

While arrogantly proclaiming his supposed achievements WITHOUT A SINGLE PROOF or supporting data.

Look at his latest attack on GMA in his Easter message:

"Noon nga pong nakaraang eleksiyon, nagkaisa tayong tuldukan ang pang-aabuso sa kapangyarihan, at ang pagdurusa ng ating mamamayan.”

Talagang matutuldukan dahill hindi na puwedeng kumandidato noon si GMA for reelection. Dahil BAWAL NA under the Constitution. At HINDI DAHIL sa si Pnoy ang kandidato.

If Pnoy’s defenders or his mouthpieces will say this is not STUPIDITY but plain oversight, I’ll immediately reply: “The people are NOT AS STUPID as you!”

As usual, Pnoy’s message was accompanied by ‘pa-pogi’ claims  WITHOUT A DROP of proof or specific details.  

Pnoy claimed that when he assumed office in July 2010, many Filipinos who had tried their luck abroad have returned. But he DIDN’T CITE ANY FIGURE.

Pnoy claimed the high number of businessmen who have invested in the country have paved the way for job opportunities. Again, NO FIGURES, NO NAMES of the businessmen, NO SPECIFIC JOBS created.

Pnoy even SHAMELESSLY invoked God's guidance in BOASTING that his administration is succeeding in its anti-poverty programs, like the supposed three million beneficiaries so far of the conditional cash transfer (CCT) program.

But Pnoy COULD NOT NAME EVEN ONE of the supposed three million beneficiaries. More importantly, he DID NOT CITE even a SINGLE PROOF of how the CCT has supposedly lifted the beneficiaries out of poverty.

And to set the RECORD STRAIGHT, the CCT program is NOT A BRAINCHILD of Pnoy or any of his people. The CCT is AN IDEA OF GMA!  

Pnoy also had the nerve to ask the people to: “Samahan ninyo ako, sabay-sabay tayong tumungo sa di-hamak na mas magandang buhay para sa mga Pilipino.”

HE WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING, even f he can like suspending the value-added tax (VAT) or pushing for deregulation, to reduce oil prices. SKY-HIGH costs of electricity are fast KILLING US but NO CLEAR-CUT plan or project up to now on how to bring these down.

Almost two years into office and NOT ONE major bridge, road, pier, airport or other similar infrastructures BUILT OR STARTED!  

Public transport fares have gone up. The same thing with tuition and other education costs and most of all, prices of basic commodities. And THERE’S NO IMMEDIATE, and lasting relief in sight for these financial burdens.

Kaya anong tumungo sa di hamak na mas magandang buhay ang pinagsasasabi ni Pnoy? Tumungo sa MAS KALBARYONG BUHAY ang mas tumpak sabihin!

Holy Week ends today. Pero TULUY-TULOY ang PENITENSIYA natin dahil kay Pnoy! May God have mercy on all of us!

POSSIBLE DIRTY TRICKS VERSUS CORONA!

Even before their self-proclaimed Holy Week ceasefire, the prosecution has practically run out of issues against Chief Justice Renato Corona.

Their allies in the yellow media, like ABS-CBN, and in the Internet like blogger Raissa Robles, are in the same situation.

So EXPECT all kinds of publicity gimmicks from the prosecution and their supporters, including the Black and White Movement of Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda and Leah Navarro, starting next week.

Here are some possible dirty tricks:

New witnesses with all sorts of stories, NOT REALLY RELATED to the articles of impeachment, DEMONIZING Corona.

These witnesses may include disgruntled relatives or dismissed employees, if any, of the Supreme Court or of agencies and companies once headed by the Chief Justice or his wife.

Renewed or intensified moves to cast serious doubt on the financial capability of Corona and his wife and kids, individually or collectively, like investigations by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Additional calls or demands from other congressmen or supposed non-government organizations which no one has ever heard of for Corona to disclose his dollar accounts and explain his finances, even if the Senate Impeachment Court is still on recess.    

New supposed surveys by SWS or Pulse Asia, or by other groups like students, reiterating supposed public belief that Corona is guilty.

All kinds of postings on the Internet accusing Corona or any other member of his family with all sorts of unlawful or cruel acts, even long before he became Chief Justice.

If any of these start appearing in media again, people:

Take a close look if the side of Corona was included in the story and if it was given EQUAL PROMINENCE and LENGTH.

For example, if the accusation is five paragraphs long, Corona’s side should also be five paragraphs long.. If the accusation started on the front page of a newspaper, Corona’s side should also start on the front page and not on the last two or three paragraphs of the story.

Corona’s side should come out on THE SAME DAY as the story, not the following day.

If these standards are not met, ladies and gentlemen, then that story is just ANOTHER BIASED, MALICIOUS and DESPERATE MIND-CONDITIONING effort of the prosecution or their bosses.

If anyone will ask what’s my professional right to point out these standards, I’m a former senior editor of one of the leading tabloids in the country.

Don’t forget to EVALUATE or ANALYZE whatever proof will be narrated by the accuser. Consider very seriously if it’s logical, factual or realistic.

Be sure to look for PHYSICAL PROOF by the accuser.

If the accusation is nothing more than the words of the accuser, and the accuser will not be identified in the story, then don’t waste your time on another lie.

And send a message to the media firm who will come out with the story to either present indisputable proof or shut up, and STOP BRAINWASHING THE PEOPLE! 30

ONLINE DEBATE ON THE IMPEACHMENT TRIAL!

I picked up a good idea from a post in the group We Support Chief Justice Corona and the Rule of Law.

Apart from being a good gauge of who’s winning and who’s losing in the impeachment trial of the Chief Justice, this can be solid proof of the TRUE SENTIMENT of the people, and not of SWS or Pulse Asia or media allies of Pnoy.

To both pro and anti-Corona factions, what about an ON-LINE DEBATE?

The question: BASED ON THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED SO FAR in the impeachment trial (not in media alone or anywhere else), WHO’S WINING AND WHY?

The parameters: A part from pro and anti-Corona groups. Neutral corners are also welcome.

Comments should be explained or justified and BASED ONLY ON PROOF, not on PERSONAL CONVICTIONS or FEELINGS ALONE!

To keep the discussion mentally stimulating and healthy, let’s avoid comments which only contain our choice and nothing more.

No personal insults. WALANG BASTUSAN! NO FACELESS and UNRELATED comments.

Everyone should stick to the topic to save on space and provide more room for as many comments as possible.  No unrelated issues, please.

Sen. Gregorio Honasan told the Philippine Daily Inquirer that “hypocrites, all of a sudden have (become)…experts on the law, on the impeachment trial,” of Chief Justice Renato Corona.

I couldn’t agree more.

Honasan did not name names but it was a CRYSTAL CLEAR reference to those who have been PREJUDIGNG the case this early with VICIOUS BIAS.

Like Pnoy and his spokespersons Edwin Lacierda and Abigail Valte, the congressmen-prosecutors, the yellow media and those who have been demanding for Corona’s ouster with the trial still ongoing.

Remember guys, Honasan is one of the senator-judges, THE ONLY ONES AUTHORIZED by the Constitution to DECIDE whether Corona is guilty or not.

So anti-Corona bashers, consider all these VERY SERIOUSLY before making your next move:

Has PREJUDGING the case DONE ANY GOOD to the country, to the Filipino people as whole or to you and your family?  Has the quality of your lives improved?

What is the LEGAL OR MORAL BASIS for IMMEDIATELY believing the allegations of the prosecution as Gospel-truth? Who says or what law provides that the word of the accuser ALONE is ENOUGH for you to make your own conclusion?

In a democracy like ours, listening to BOTH SIDES first is a hallmark of FAIR PLAY. If you’ll continue ignoring the defense’s presentation of their evidence and witnesses, will you wholeheartedly accept being labelled as UNDEMOCRATIC?

One who should LEAVE the Philippines at once and settle in China or Russia, where COMMUNISM is the way of life?

Any case is decided BASED ON EVIDENCE presented by both sides, NOT ON WHO has more press releases and SELF-SERVING statements in media.

If you will be prejudged BASED ONLY on media stories and allegations of your accuser, will you still consider that as FAIR? WON’T you fight to clear your name and just pack up and leave?

Again, for the record, I’m not saying that Corona is innocent.

But anti-Coronas had better think REALLY HARD from now on. Before  it’s too late for all of us!

VICIOUS DESPERATION TO OUST CORONA!

The campaign to oust Chief Justice Renato Corona has hit the streets with VICIOUS DESPERATION.

This was posted the other night in one of the Facebook groups I belong to:

“The campaign to oust CJC started today in Cubao (Quezon City) where noynoying gangs started handing out leaflets and car stickers to passersby and motorists. The sticker is sized ¼ of a bond paper and says ‘Tanggalin si CJC.’ When they knocked on my car window where my 88 year-old dad was seated, they handed the 1 pc. leaflet with the sticker and my dad asked ‘Ano ito?’ The companion of the middle-aged lady in white who I believe is an actress from way back, whom I recognized as one of those who marched in the anti-Corona rally in front of the Supreme Court said ‘Idikit mo yan sa salamin ng kotse mo! My dad had a brief look at the sticker and said ‘Ito ba ang pinagkakagastusan ng buwis na binabayad namin?’ Hindi nakasagot yung babae and when my dad was about to throw the sticker out of the window, I said ‘Mamya na pagabante natin para di nila pulutin at ibigay pa sa iba.’ I had a handy scissor in my Swiss knife and cut it to pieces before throwing it away on EDSA.”

This means anti-Corona factions are now FORCING their cause into the public mind.

This shows they are aware that they DON’T HAVE ENOUGH PUBLIC ACCEPTANCE, in TOTAL CONTRAST to purported surveys by Pulse Asia and Social Weather Stations (SWS) saying that 47 percent and 73 percent, respectively, of the people believe and want Corona convicted.

And to the ego trip, as well, of the prosecution panel that the surveys have vindicated them.

What’s dangerous about this development, guys, is if anti-Corona groups can STOOP THAT LOW just to have their campaign NOTICED or RAMMED DEEP into the people’s brains, WHAT WILL THEY THINK OF NEXT?

Especially if Corona gets acquitted by the Senate Impeachment Court, despite the ALL-OUT SUPPORT of Pnoy and the yellow media like ABS-CBN?

In case you experience a similar heckling by anti-Corona groups, here’s what you can do:

First, REJECT THEM POLITELY. Gently shake your head or wave your hand from left to right. If you’re driving and they insist by knocking on your windows or hood, give them a sharp look, open your window slightly and in a firm voice say ’No, thanks.’

If they ignore you, take their pictures with your mobile phone or camera if you happen to have brought along any and shout at them until they leave.

Then, post their pictures on EVERY WEBSITE you know or group you belong to and explain why in detail why you did it.

SHAMELESS people don’t know what being gentle and civil is.

How CHEAP and SHAMELESS can Pnoy get, just to earn pogi points.’

Pnoy spent almost the whole day today visiting ports, terminals and other similar loading points of public transportation for the Holy weekend rush.

From President, he DEGRADED himself to a SECURITY OFFICER.

I say degraded because even a high school kid knows that it’s the job of security guards and their superiors to ensure the safety of Holy Week travelers.

NOT the President of the country.

I say shameless because anybody correct me if I’m wrong: Pnoy is not known to be a security expert. FULL-FLEDGED security officers are a LOT MORE CAPABLE than him in carrying out the rounds he did.

But he still did it. Why?

There were thousands of passengers waiting for their rides or undergoing security checks at the entrance to the terminals and ports.

LIBU-LIBO ANG MAKAKAKITA SA KANIYA NA NAGIIKOT, NAGTATRABAHO KUNO! KAHIT HINDI NIYA TRABAHO ANG  GINAGAWA NIYA. GANOONG KA-CHEAP, MGA KABABAYAN!

I just wonder if Pnoy and the AMATEURS behind that ANTIQUE gimmick have the brains to realize that instead of a positive note, they could have possibly sent an ALARMING MESSAGE to the rest of the Filipino people, and probably the world.

What message? SECURITY OFFICERS and PROCEDURES in our country CAN’T BE FULLY TRUSTED!

Why? The President himself had to do the rounds to HELP ENSURE that passengers are safe, and there are enough measures in place to keep them safe.

MABILIS NA TAYONG PINAPATAY NG SINGTAAS NG LANGIT NA PRESYO NG KURYENTE, MGA PRODUKTONG PETROLYO, EDUKASYON AT IBA PANG PAHIRAP SA ATING MGA BULSA.

Problems that NEED Pnoy’s PERSONAL and ROUND-THE-CLOCK ATTENTION. But  look at what he prioritizes.

This is the kind of president we have, ladies and gentlemen – GIMIKERO.
