Finally
breaking his silence, beleaguered and resigned DILG Undersecretary Rico
Puno talked about his UNAUTHORIZED VISIT
to the condo unit of his late boss Jesse Robredo less than a day after the DILG secretary was
reported missing in a plane crash.
My
take: He has just started DIGGING HIS OWN GRAVE.
Puno
ADMITTED that Pnoy DID NOT ORDER him to go Robredo’s condo. Now, read this
direct quote of him from a story in the GMA news website:
“Mayroong
sinabi sa akin na mayroon ding dokumento doon [sa condominium] kaya kami
nagpunta doon. Prudence dictates na kasama iyon na sinabi rin ng Presidente na
may mga dokumento, pati iyon i-secure mo.”
Malinaw
pa sikat ng araw na SARILING DESISYON lamang ni Puno ang pagpunta sa condo ni
Robredo.
Kapag
ang isang taong gobyerno ay KUMILOS ng HIGIT PA sa iniutos ng mismong
presidente ng bansa, mayroong KASING-IMPORTANTE ng buhay na dahilan iyon.
Otherwise,
nobody in his RIGHT MIND would dare go beyond the President’s order on a mere
self-interpretation of it. And I don’t think Puno would admit to INSANITY.
Even
if he has nothing ILLEGAL in mind when he went to Robredo’s condo, Puno DID NOT
EXPLAIN WHY he did not inform Robredo’s wife Leni or any member of the family
IN ADVANCE.
Even non-lawyers or non-government personnel are aware that under the law NOBODY, NOT EVEN THE PRESIDENT of the country, CAN ENTER one’s home WITHOUT PERMISSION from the owner or tenant or a search warrant.
Puno
definitely knows this. I personally believe he’s not that STUPID to be unaware
of it. But he clearly IGNORED this basic law in his visit to Robredo’s condo.
So
the million-dollar question is WHY?
And
in vulgar desperation to defend his action, Puno said he did not enter the
condo. It was one of his cmpanions, police Sr. Superintendent Oliver Tanseco
who did.
Tandaan
natin, mga kababayan, MULA’T SAPUL AY WALANG NAGSABI na pumasok siya sa condo.
Alam na ngbuong bansa na hindi.
The
issue is WHAT THE HELL WAS HE DOING THERE?
Considering the fact that he was being investigated by Robredo until the
sudden death of the secretary.
You
had a LOUSY and POORLY PREPARED defense, Mr. Puno. Try again.
Sa
nagiging takbo ng mga pangyayari, mga kababayan, LALO TAYONG HINDI DAPAT
BUMITIW sa usapin na ito.
