MALACANANG AND PUNO LOST, NOT MIRIAM!

Contrary to perceptions by pro-Pnoy factions, resigned DILG Undersecretary Rico Puno and Malacanang MISERABLY LOST in the Senate hearing conducted by Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago.

Despite the fact that no physical and incriminating evidence proving wrongdoing by Puno was presented.

First: Only an ILLITERATE WILL NOT REALIZE that the SIMULTANEOUS UNAVAILABILITY of the members of Santiago’s Senate committee and the invited Cabinet members due to previous engagements was an ORCHESTRATED gimmick.

Kung ipipilit ninuman na nagkataon lang, as in nagkataon, puwedeng magrequest: Puwedeng malaman ang mga engagements na ito, para ma-verify kung tutoo at kung talagang naunang ischedule ang mga ito kesa sa hearing?

Kung walang magsasalita, lalong HINDI NINYO MALOLOKO ang taumabayan.

Second: PNP Director-General Nicanor Bartolome ADMITTED that the ILLEGAL numbers game jueteng is ALIVE and kicking. And out of supposedly thousands of arrests for illegal gambling, only a few hundreds were for jueteng.

Even though Bartolome did not dispute revelations that jueteng is practically a nationwide criminal enterprise.

This means two things:

Patuloy na KINUKUNSINTI at masugid na PINOPROTEKTAHAN ng gobyerno ni Pnoy ang jueteng.

Tulad ng naisulat ko na, KAHIT MINSAN ay hindi nagutos si Pnoy na sugpuin ang jueteng MULA NANG MAGING PRESIDENTE siya. Sa halip, WALANG KAHIHIYANG nagsalita pa siya na HINDI NIYA PRIORIDAD ang jueteng.

Pambansang ILEGAL na sugal pero hindi prioridad. Pag kayo namang mga pro-Pnoy ay hindi pa magising…

And as DILG undersecretary for peace and order with crushing jueteng as one of his responsibilities, Puno was a USELESS INCOMPETENT who mysteriously and shamelessly held on to the post for almost two years.

Third: Puno insisted that he was just an observer and did not interfere in the seemingly ANOMALOUS billion-peso deal for firearms for the PNP. But he also ADMITTED that he was THE ONE who called prospective bidders to a meeting.

Ginawa niya ang dapat ay trabaho ng PNP Bids and Awards Committee. Pero hindi pa ito pakikialam para kay Puno.

Puno probably has his own dictionary.

Fourth: Puno CONFIRMED that he went to the condo unit of his late boss, Jesse Robredo, to secure his documents, even though Pnoy’s order for him to do so was LIMITED to the former DILG secretary’s offices.

That’s INSUBORDINATION, any way you look at it. And he failed to give a MORAL and LEGAL justification for it. Instead, in pathetic DESPERATION to CLEAN his image, Puno said charges that he raided and ransacked Robredo’s condo were unfair and unfounded.

Since the condo visit, NEVER WAS IT REPORTED in media that Puno did just that. What has been consistently reported is that Robredo’s maid, and lawyer, refused to let his party in because they were UNEXPECTED and had NO SEARCH WARRANT.  

Ano ang gustong palabasin ni Puno?

Lastly, DON’T EVER FORGET, boys and girls: Robredo was investigating Puno at the time of his death.

But instead of having the DELICADEZA to keep off the condo since he may have been mentioned in Robredo’s papers, Puno readily tried to find out if there were documents there.

And Pnoy readily cleared Puno just days later when the former DILG undersecretary CONVINCED him in a chat that there was nothing sinister in the condo visit.

Walang imbestigasyon. Nagusap lang sila ni Puno, si Pnoy pa mismo ang nagsabing wala itong ginawang mali. Pero para sa Malacanang, hindi nila pinoprotektahan si Puno.

Iisa lang ang puwedeng itawag dito: KAIPOKRITUHAN!
