WANTED: PSYCHIATRISTS FOR PNOY, CARANDANG!

Attention, psychiatrists, the Pnoy government needs you.

Especially Pnoy and Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office (PCDSPO) Secretary Ricky Carandang.

Carandang has practically blamed Mother Nature for the government’s MISERABLE PERFORMANCE to the onslaught of Typhoon Gener, which left 24 people dead and almost 70,000 families affected or displaced.

PATI KALIKASAN, SINSISI na sa mga KAKULANGAN at KAPALPAKAN NILA. Hindi pa rin nila kasalanan. Kumbaga, PERPEKTO SILA at anumang nangyari, kasalanan ng iba at hindi nila.

Kaya KASALANAN ni Gener kung bakit mabagal ang pagdating ng relief goods sa mga binaha, o kung bakit  hindi napigilan ang pagtaas ng baha sa maraming lugar.

Pagiisip ng isang NASISIRAAN na ng bait.

In effect, what Carandang is saying is the Government’s PATHETIC response to Gener was SOLELY due to the typhoon, and not because of POOR PLANNING or INCOMPETENT planners and disaster management personnel.

Even if COMMON SENSE DICTATES that when you plan something, you plan for the WORST POSSIBLE SCENARIO in ensuring MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY of your  staff and accomplishment of their task.

A high school kid would have known better.

Carandang said the government’s preparations seemed to have fallen short, since storms and earthquakes are happening more often.

Pero WALA NAMAN SIYANG NABANGGIT kahit isang preparasyon kuno. Mamili kayo, mga kababayan, NA-AMNESIA O NILOLOKO TAYO ni Carandang?

SAAN NGA BA NAPUNTA ang mga pondong nakalaan para sa mga flood control projects? Nasaan ang kuwenta at mga resibo o papeles ng mga nagastos?  May proyekto ba kasi?

This is what we should all ask of Pnoy, Carandang and any other concerned government official, ladies and gentlemen.,  What HAVE THEY DONE, not what they intend to do.

And in so doing, keep in mind that we’ have a government who consider themselves as God, who NEVER MAKES MISTAKES and always have SOMEBODY ELSE to blame for whatever happens.

Nothing less than mental imbalance and paranoia.
