NAPAKA-WALANGHIYA NAMAN NI KIM HENARES!

NAPAKA-WALANGHIYA naman ni Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Commissioner Kim Jacinto-Henares.

Henares admitted to Radyo Inquirer that the bureau’s evidence against former Chief Justice Renato Corona for tax evasion was still incomplete. Meaning, TOO WEAK to stand scrutiny.

HINDI PA PALA KUMPLETO EBIDENSIYA, kinasuhan na agad si Corona.

Henares said what they have so far still shows that tax evasion has been committed by the former Chief Justice. .

So ibig sabihin, Ms. Henares, kung sa  preliminary investigation pa lang ay ma-dismiss na ang kaso, dahil nga hindi pa kumpleto ebidensiya, sorry na lang si Corona kung nasira na naman ang reputasyon niya, ganun ba?

Kung hindi pa WALANGHIYAAN  ang tawag dito, puwedeng konrtahin ng kahit sino? Siguruhin lang na may DETALYE  argument ninyo.

I’m not a lawyer.

But I’m aware of the fact that SANE or PROFESSIONAL lawyers file cases ONLY when they have COMPLETE,  and strong evidence.  Especially those from government since they know they will be WASTING TAXPAYERS’ money.

Kaya tira ka na lang ng tira. Kahitn hindi pa kumpleto ebiidensiya, kaso agad. WALA KANG PAKIALAM,  WALA KANG KONSYENSIYA  kung masira ang pagkatao ng kinasuhan mo.

This strengthens my belief that the charges against Corona were intended only to divert public attention from three MAJOR CONTROVERSIES hounding the Pnoy Government::

The questionable, multi-billion tax and duties refunds granted by the Bureau of Customs to various people, and the more than P3 billion ‘over-the-counter’ disbursements by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD);

The supposed non-declaration of Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno of P25 million she had earned as a government consultant in her statement of assets, liabilities and net worth;

The INCONSISTENCIES in the statements of Robredo plane crash survivor June Paolo Abrazado.

Tandaan natin, mga kababayan, IDINEMANDA ni Henares si Corona habang HINDI PA MAIPALIWANAG ng kahit na sino ang mga kontrobersiyang ito.

Imbes na pagpaliwanagin ni Pnoy si Customs Commisioner Ruffy Biazxom DSWD Sec, Dunky Soliman at siSereno demanda laban kay Corona ang isinagot nila.

Kung si Henares kaya ang nasa lugar ni Corona, ano kaya ang magiging reaksiyon niya? 30
