HINDI MAKATAO ANG DSWD!

HINDI MAKATAO, at lalong HINDI MAKA-MAHNIRAP, ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

The latest update from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said the number of people affected by the floods and non-stop rains in the Ilocos region, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa and National Capital Region has reached 267,850 families or 1,230,813 persons.

Pero ang inilabas na pondo at tulong ng DSWD para sa relief ay nagkakahalaga ng P12.92 MILYON LAMANG. Kung kukuwentahin, mga kababayan, parang NAGLIMOS ang DSWD ng humigit-kumulang  ng P12 LAMANG KADA BIKTIMA NG BAHA.  

Ganiyang  KAHAYUP ang DSWD. Parang PULUBI kung tratuhin ang mga biktima ng baha.

Kayo na ang magsabi, mga kababayan – ANO ANG MABIBILI ng P12?

NI HINDI KAKASYA ang P12 sa isang kapeng 3-in-1 at dalawang  pandesal na may palaman, o isang kape at isang nilagang itlog. O kaya ay kalahating kilong bigas man lamang at asin.

MABUBUSOG BA ang isang biktima ng baha sa isang buong  araw sa ganitong  halaga, ganito karaming pagkain? Nasaan ang KONSYENSYA  mo, DSWD Sec.Dinky Soliman? May konsyensya ka ba?

And you know what is so damning INSULTING to the flood victims and HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS, people?

The DWSD is appealing for donations of blankets, clothing, medicine, water, and food for the flood victims. Social Welfare Officer Jocelyn Lagang was quoted in web news stories that the DSWD was doing its best with their meager resources.

How dare you BULLSHIT the public, Ms. Lagang.

Kapag para sa Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT), BILYUN-BILYON kung GUMASTOS kayo.  Bilyun-bilyon para KUNO sa mga hindi naman napilitang iwan ang kanilang mga bahay dahil sa baha.

At ngayon ay NAGUGUTOM O NAGKAKASAKIT sa mga evacuation centers dahil sa kakulangan ng makakain. Bilyun-bilyon  na KAYO-KAYO LAMANG ang  NAKAKAALAM KUNG SAAN NAPUPUNTA.   

Bakit AYAW ninyong tulungan ngayon ng MAKATAONG TULONG ang mga biktima ng baha? Ano ang pinagkaiba nila sa mga tinutulungan ninyo (kung mayroon nga) sa ilalim ng CCT?

MAS KAILANGAN nga mga biktima ng baha ang tulong ngayon, kesa sa mga benepisyaryo ng CCT. NAGKAKASAKIT AT NAGUGUTOM na ang mga biktima ng baha, pero P12 bawat isa ang budget ninyo.

Anong klaseng konseysnsya, anong klaseng takbo ngutak mayroon  kayo?

Mga senador atr congressman,  patunayan n inyong MAKA-MAHIRAP AT MAKATAO kayo. Pagpaliwanaginninyo ang DSWD tungkol ditto. SA LALONG MADALING PANAHON.

What Penoy should have done is to focus on the activities being conducted by the government agencies and appeal to the people to be calm and heed calls for preparedness and prevention, and not blame the people who are already down.
I saw the presscon, which was conducted at 11 a.m. Imagine it was already 11 in the morning and Penoy was still asking which part of Marikina was flooded. Even my friends in the US knew which areas were flooded since last night. And yet, this Pwesident is clueless.
