THE DANGER OF DE LIMA BEING CHIEF JUSTICE!

So Justice Sec. Leila de Lima feels she is FAR MORE IMPORTANT than Pnoy.

Why? She says the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) has recommended to the Department of Justice (DoJ) to avoid ambush interviews.

But she didn’t give any ground, for the recommendation, like verified threats to her life or previous assaults on her or other DoJ officials durin g past ambush interviews.

Basta sabi kuno ng NICA, rapos.

Isipin ninyo ito, mga kababayan: Kung ngayon pa lamang ay ganito na KAYABANG AT KAILUSYONADA si De Lima, paano na lalo kung magiging Chief Justice siya?

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but it was NEVER REPORTED that the NICA had made a similar recommendation to Pnoy, who has faced probably hundreds of ambush interviews more than De Lima and, in fairness, had accommodated these whenever he could.

Despite the fact that his life is 1,000 TIMES MORE AT RISK 24 hours a day seven days a week than De Lima.

The NICA had better have one hell of an explanation to what makes De Lima a lot more possible and special target for harm than the President that she should avoid even ambush interviews by media.

De Lima was quoted in news reports as saying “It’s not really the media but some other people. You’ll never know when you’ll get infiltrated by media impostors,”

I say this is an indirect admission that she ‘DOESN’T TRUST THE COMPETENCE of her bodyguards and security personnel at the DoJ, and a LOUSY alibi  to cover up the true reason for kicking out reporters from their offices at the department’s main building.

Which is to PREVENT MEDIA ACCESS to information on FRAUD and other ILLEGALITIES damaging to the DoJ.

De Lima said the findings on the anomalies in the procurement processes at the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) is, WHILE NOT THE MAIN REASON, A FACTOR for evicting the media men from the main building.

Judge for yourselves, people.

As news people, we must do something against the DOJ head: we must not entertain stories from her, and another, we should put up a press office outside of the DOJ premises, maybe with the help of private samaritans. Tingnan natin kung ano ang gagawin niya. Kung hindi na niya kailangan ang media, so be it. Neither do we need her.
