VALTE'S TURN TO BRAINWASH THE PEOPLE!

It’s Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte’s turn to MISLEAD  and MISINFORM  the people!

Attacking Chief Justice Renato Corona’s ongoing media blitz, Valte said he had discussed many things with the media except the merits of the case.

Are you in this world, Ms. Valte?

Early on in the trial, the Senate directed all parties to refrain from discussing the merits of the case IN MEDIA OR OUTSIDE the impeachment court.

So which is which, madam: SHAMEFUL as it is, you’re IGNORANT about this, you’re suffering from SELECTIVE AMNESIA or you’re aware of the directive but is DELIBERATELY IGNORING it just to have something to hit Corona with in media?

Valte said Corona should explain why his holdings in his statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) are inconsistent with his properties and bank deposits.

Corona had repeatedly said in media that he can explain or account for every peso he had earned. It had been also widely publicized that among the defense’s witnesses is a lawyer-accountant who can explain everything about Corona’s SALN.

Don’t tell me you didn’t read about this in the newspapers, madam. Beiing UP-TO-DATE with current events is a BASIC REQUIREMENT of your job.

If you have not, much as I hate to say it, you’re PATHETIC!

The defense will start presenting their case and witnesses tomorrow. You mind telling us why can’t you seem to wait?

Valte denied the Palace had sent emissaries to Corona.  

The Chief Justice NEVER SAID Malacanang had sent an emissary to him. Corona said it was a senator who did. So unless Malacanang has something to fear, there’s no reason for Valte to deny anything.

Valte said she had no idea who’s the senator. 

Obvious ba? Hindi ka naman senador. Paano ka nga magkaka-idea kung sino iyung tinutukoy ni Corona?

On Corona’s allegation that the Aquino-Cojangco family wants P10 billion for Hacienda Luisita, Valte said Pnoy was very much aware that the valuation and manner of distribution is up to the Supreme Court.

Pnoy’s awareness is not the issue.

Corona had categorically declared that he had opposed the P10 billion and is the stumbling block to its payment. That’s why Pnoy wants him out.

What has Pnoy’s awareness of the land’s valuation as a Supreme Court prerogative got to do with that? And even if he’s aware, it doesn’t automatically follow that he’ll agree to it completely.

The people are NOT AS STUPID as you think, Ms. Valte. You’re  HALLUCINATING if you think we’ll immediately believe anything you say without thinking.

For the sake of whatever credibility you have left, SHUT UP!
