EXPECT ALL-OUT BRAINWASHING FROM THE PROSECUTION!

With their final decision to drop five of the eight articles of impeachment against Chief Justice Renato Corona, expect an ALL-OUT BRAINWASHING campaign from the prosecutors from now on.

As well as from their political and media allies, like Malacanang and ABS-CBN.

And for our own sake, DON’T PREJUDGE based only on what they’ll say. Listen to the defense first before you draw your own conclusions.

Obviously, the prosecution dropped the five articles of impeachment simply because they’ve realized that they CAN’T PROVE any of these!

Otherwise, they would have moved Heaven and Earth to prosecute all eight articles.

The remaining three articles are still up for demolition by the defense.

So far, and anybody correct me if I’m wrong, only the prosecutors and Malacanang are saying that they have strong pieces of evidence which are enough to convict Corona.

NOBODY ELSE IS!

So we can expect the prosecution to start BURYING INTO OUR MINDS their fearless forecast of a Corona conviction due t0 their evidence.

In whatever shape and form and medium they can think of or lay their hands on – from press releases to TV and radio appearances, from campus tours to media forums, from posters or billboards or flyers to huge print and TV ads paid for supposedly by people with dubious financial capacity.

Name it, the prosecution will do it.

They will be DESPERATE to generate public support for two reasons: the people they will FOOL or MISLEAD will be the ones to pressure the Senate Impeachment Court, NOT THEM, into convicting Corona.

If they loose, the prosecutors will rally whoever they had recruited into protest actions while alleging railroading and other similar immoral acts in the decision-making process.

No problem if you want to read or listen to any of the prosecution’s propaganda. Just DON’T FORGET that it’s the Senate Impeachment Court, NOT the prosecution, who will decide on who had told the truth.

DON’T LET ANYBODY USE YOU, OR MANIPULATE YOU.

As the senator-judges themselves are repeatedly saying, it’s ONLY the impeachment court who has the power to convict or acquit Corona.

NBOODY ELSE. Not even Pnoy as president of the country. If you want to help preserve the peace, keep this is mind.
