Sen. Sergio Osmeña III SHOWED UNMISTAKABLE BIAS against Chief
Justice Renato Corona In an interview with Senate reporters earlier today.
Osmeña said Corona
But Osmena DID NOT say Morales MUST ALSO EXPLAIN on the supposed Anti-Money
Laundering Council (AMLC) report which she had cited as proof of Corona
Among others: There was NO COURT ORDER for the release of the
report to her AS REQUIRED BY LAW, the report was UNSIGNED AND UNAUTHENTICATED and
yet presented before the impeachment court and she NEVER BOTHERED TO VERIFY the
truth and accuracy of the contents.
But Osmena won’t ask Morales to clarify these LEGAL ABNORMALITIES.
However, he wants Corona
Under the law, people, it’s the accuser who must prove the guilt
of the accused. But in the case of the Chief Justice, Osmena will SHAMELESSLY
IGNORE this principle.
Even if Morales’ AMLC report has NO EVIDENTIARY value.
Take note, guys, Osmena even ARROGANTLY warned Corona ’s
lawyers against raising legal technicalities like the absence of a court order
for the AMLC report when Corona
Kumbaga, WALANG BATAS-BATAS kay Osmena pagdating kay Corona
If anybody will still say that this is not bias, Noah Webster will
surely twist and turn in his grave.
And somebody had better advise Osmena to STOP USING THE PEOPLE to
cover up his partiality against Corona
