LACIERDA'S RUDENESS, AND STUPIDITY,ON MARQUEZ!

Hey guys, look at how RUDE and STUPID Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda is.

Lacierda said Malacanang could not take the word of Supreme Court (SC) spokesman Midas Marquez regarding the compensation for the owners of Hacienda Luisita, since they have not yet read the decision.

First, everything that Marquez relayed to media on the valuation of Luisita were from the text of the SC decision, and not his alone.

But what Lacierda wants to project is the P40,000 per hectare valuation set by the SC for Luiisita, as reported by Marquez, may just have been  the SC spokesman’s own figure  or estimate.

Gosto pang palabasing sinungaling o bobo si Marquez kaya hindi puwedeng pagtiwalaan ang salita nitoi. Kundi ba naman SAKSAKAN ng BASTOS itong si Lacierda.

Marquez is the SC spokesman. It’s his job to inform media of what the SC justices had decided on. Everything he announces comes from the text of the court’s decisions or orders.

Meaning, it’s THE COURT’S WORD, not his as idiotically claimed by Lacierda.

And even if I don’t know Marquez personally, I’m sure he’s not an idiot to add any detail to any SC decision he reveals simply because he feels like it.

Kaya ko sinasabing ESTUPIDO rin itong si Lacierda.

I sure wish somebody will challenge Lacierda to say it straight in the face of Marquez that Malacanang can’t take the SC spokesman’s word alone.

For us to see if Lacierda is really a TOIUGH GUY or a pathetic LOUDMOUTH!

I did a blog on this, boys and girls, because Lacierda’s statements can very well be the start of a gimmick by Malacanang to confuse the public on the SC decision.

I figured better enlighten our friends this early, in my own little way.

Dapat bago bayaran ng gobyerno ang pamilya Aquino-Cojuangco, ay bayaran muna ng naturang mga pamilya ang utang nila sa SSS, Central Bank and other GFIs (government financing institutes). Dapat din ay paimbestigahan ang SCTEX land scam dahil P1/sq.m. lang ang tunay na halaga nung lupa pero binayaran ng gobyerno ang mga Aquino-Cojuangco ng P100/sq.m. samakatuwid ay may over, over, over, overpricing.

Probably, the DAR was just exaggerating and is merely avoiding criticisms if it cannot distribute the land within 4 to 6 months, the logical span of time for distribution of the land, considering the number of beneficiaries involved. Saying that the beneficiaries would get their lands in a year’s time is merely being careful not to be criticized for having not performed their mandated task. I believe the distribution would be finished with 6 months. And this is a very logical and reasonable. Let us all hold any action(s) on this matter and wait and give time for the government office concerned to do its job.

Susuwayin na naman ang Supreme Court. Sino ba ang mas mataas, ang DAR o ang SC? Natalo na nga yung anim na associate justices na gustong ipaubaya sa DAR ang valuation ng Luisita, tapos ngayon may hirit na naman na DAR ang magcompute? Anong kalokohan ito?

Let’s see them pay more than what was prescribed by the SC and blood will surely be spilling on the streets. Plus with what and where will DAR Secretary Virgilio delos Reyes be getting the money to pay the family? What is interesting though is that in the first decision issued in November, the SC stipulated that the family is to pay the farmers proceeds from selling to government a portion of the  SCTEX... I believe that is about P700million.

I was teary-eyed this morning seeing the faces of the farmers and wives in jubilation...after all they waited for about 30 years and finally they can now have their own land. I have always prayed for these people to get justice. Now that they have it, the Chief Justice is now getting injustice... What an irony. I hope the citizens of this nation could see the root of all this judiciary persecution...It all started in HL (Hacienda Luisita). All others are secondary.

The Land Bank of the Philippines and the Department of Agrarian Reform work in tandem on the issue of land valuation. They determine the just compensation to landowners and farmer0beneficiaries. Hence, I don’t see the logic of Secretary de los Reyes (if indeed true, since I know him to be a no-nonsense guy) ignoring the land valuation since his office knows pretty well what is "just." The Supreme Court did not promulgate this decision to spite the man from the Pasig River. The decision was based on the recommendations of different agencies which follow guidelines and criteria in accordance with the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law. Now, if the Boss ng Bayan rejects this valuation (since they wanted another valuation so they can reap billions in pesos and NOT a paltry sum of P200 million) they would have to amend existing guidelines. No wonder, they want the CJ impeached because they stand to lose a boatload of money.
