DENY TOBY'S CLAIMS UNDER OATH!

Congressmen have finally spoken up to deny allegations by Navotas City Rep. Toby Tiangco of pressure from some House officials in the hasty and questionable preparation of the impeachment complaint against Chief Justice Renato Corona.

Good. Let the showdown begin.

What are you waiting for, guys? Testify or ask to be heard, voluntarily, in the Senate Impeachment Court UNDER OATH, as Tiangco had challenged all of you, to belie his claims.

Tiangco delivered his accusations as detailed as he could before the Senate under oath.

So it’s but proper for you guys to defend yourselves there in the same manner – under oath and with specifics, not just self-serving generic denials or counter-accusations.

PARA MAGKAALAMAN NA KUNG SINO ANG SINUNGALING TALAGA!

Tiangco’s testimony placed the integrity of House procedures in SERIOUS QUESTION! If he’s lying as some of you have countered in newspapers today, then there should be no problem for anyone of you to take up his challenge.

If none of you won’t, then it can only mean that Tiangco had told the truth. Any disciplinary measure, if ever, which will be imposed on Tiangco will not have even an iota of MORAL justification.  

It will be nothing less than SUPPRESSION of the TRUTH!

Believe me, honorable congressmen/women, the people won’t forget this when they vote in next year’s elections.

Remember, ALL OF YOU in the House are up for reelection!
