SERENO'S MENTAL HEALTH MORE IMP'T THAN SALN!

It’s records of her mental health, not her Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), which Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno should UNCONDITIONALLY BARE FIRST to the people.

Remember, people, Sereno got a score of 4 with 5 at the lowest  in the psychological evaluation given by the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) to all nominees during their search for the new Chief Justice.
 

And the JBC has NOT DENIED this to date.

All that the JBC and Sereno’s supporters are emphasizing is she did not fail the psychological evaluation. This even if NOBODY is saying so in the first place.

Sereno’s MENTAL STABILITY is FAR, FAR MORE IMPORTANT than her wealth in the performance of her duties as Chief Justice.

Sapat na katinuan ng isip ang magdidikta kay Sereno ng TAMA, MAKA-DIYOS AT MAKATAONG desisyon sa anumang magiging hakbang niya bilang Punong Mahistrado.

HINDI ANG DAMI ng pera niya.

If Sereno is psychologically unstable, then there is a high risk that her decisions or actions will be MORE PERSONAL THAN LEGAL OR ETHICAL.

A scenario of what she, or whoever she wants to please if any, feels or thinks about an issue, instead of what is lawful or unlawful about it. Definitely not the kind of Chief Justice the country needs.

So don’t be blinded by the disclosure of Sereno’s SALN or other publicity stunts about her in the coming days, for us to forget the UNCERTAINTY of her psychological stability.

As an old saying goes, f there’s nothing to hide, then there should be no problem opening up anything.

I dont really see the point in all these suspicions, finger pointing, and accusations surrounding the tragic crash until all the wrecked pieces of the plane are retrieved, pieced together and a reputable aircraft technical investigative body thoroughly check everything. Of course, all angles must be taken into consideration including pilot's error but this will be done only to prevent any repetition of such an accident not to come out with a theory that the secretary was eliminated intentionally. Remember that his decision to go to Naga was a last-minute one. This was not a preplanned itinerary that will give those who wish him dead time to plan.
