One SHAMEFUL REALITY for the prosecution
continues to distinguish itself as the impeachment trial of Chief Justice
Renato Corona continues.
Together with their allies and backers, the
prosecution is practically an ENTIRE ARMY. They’re up against just ONE MAN, Corona
But up to now, the prosecution has NOT YET
PROVEN anything beyond reasonable doubt two months after the trial began.
The prosecution has more or less 50 members.
Behind them is President Aquino and automatically
the ENTIRE government machinery, and the 188 congressmen who signed the
impeachment complaint against Corona
From the private sector, the prosecution has
broadcast media titan ABS-CBN and the Philippine Daily Inquirer, plus
government-owned TV and radio stations.
But instead of burying Corona
From a highly-publicized 45 properties supposedly
owned by Corona
Documents provided by the Land Registration
Authority (LRA) which had been the basis of the supposed 45 properties have
turned out to be INACCURATE!

that Demetrio Vicente, a male relative of Corona
The Supreme Court, voting 7-2, has CLEARED Corona of any wrongdoing in the recall of a decision which
had favored the Flight Attendants and Stewards Association of the Philippines
Former Manila Mayor Lito Atienzza has
testified in the impeachment court that the sale by the family firm of Mrs.
Corona of a property to the city of Manila
In all of these, the prosecution has yet to
produce CONVINCING PROOF to the CONTRARY! Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. And
the defense says they have more witnesses who will belie other allegations in
the impeachment complaint.
I’m just giving the real score! I’m not
saying that Corona
What I’ll emphasize is the more should we,
the people, be EXTRA VIGILANT AND DISCERNING in whatever will the prosecution
and their allies say or do in the coming days.
The more we must now listen to both sides.
If the law is IGNORED and THROWN TO THE WIND
in this trial, expect one-man rule to follow.
