LANTARANG WALANGHIYAAN NA PARA KAY DE LIMA!

LANTARAN AT GARAPALANG WALANGHIYAAN na ito para lang maging Chief Justice si Justice Sec. Leila de Lima.

When a disbarment case was filed by a lawyer against De Lima last April, the Supreme Court referred it to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) “for report and recommendation.”

Take note, boys and girls:

That disbarment case and referral to the IBP was HIGHLY PUBLICIZED. The IBP NEVER DENIED receiving the disbarment case from the SC.

But now, the IIBP now says IT HAS NOT RECEIVED the disbarment case.

Kumbaga, NAGLAHONG PARANG BULA, mga kababayan. Walang anumang bakas kung saan o kanino napunta, o kung nasaan sa ngayon, matapos i-refer ng Korte Suprema.  

Ang NAKAKAKULO PA NG DUGO, mga kababayan, ay gusto pang palitawin ngayopn ng IBP na SINUNGALING O PABAYA ang Korte Suprema sa paghawak sa disbarment case laban kay De Lima.

Dahil nga WALA naman kuno  silang natanggap.

Worse, some people even want to make IDIOTS out of us in FORCIBLY clearing any obstacle against De Lima’s run for Chief Justice.

De Lima herself admitted that she decided to accept the nomination for her to be Chief Justice after a one-on-one talk with Pnoy. This, after declaring several times weeks earlier that she’s not really interested in the position.

Right after media reported that De Lima has formally accepted the nomination, the disbarment case against her VANISHES INTO THIN AIR, IN ONE CLICK.

Suddenly, the disbarment case NEVER EXISTED as far as the IBP is concerned.

Remember guys, the fact remains that a disbarment case had been filed against De Lima. 

So first, the IBP had better have ONE HELL of an explanation on why it took them TWO MONTHS to claim that they never got the case from the SC io the first place.

Second, the IBP must clarify if it exerted any effort whatsoever in getting the case from the SC after the media reports that it had been referred to them.

Third, the IBP had better have proof thatg it really didn’t receive the case from the SC.

Fourth, the SC had better show proof of the transmittal of the case to the IBP at once. Better yet, they had better ask the IBP what the hell happened with the referral of the case.

Maliwanag pa sa sikat ng araw, mga kababayan, may KAWALANGHIYAAN nang naganap ngayon pa lang. Isipin ninyo, NASISIKMURA ng sinumang may kagagzwan nito ang  ganitong kagarapal na

Kapag walang kumilos para siyasatin ang pangyayaring ito, kay Pnoy na ang Korte Suprema at House of Representatives.  Hindi na magigignroblea makuha pa ang Senado .
