We
will have a RUDE, CONCEITED, ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL female Chief Justice if
Pnoy appoints Justice Sec. Leila de Lima as the next Supreme Court boss.
Don’t
forget, people, De Lima SHAMELESSY called former Chief Justice Renato Corona a
‘lawless tyrant’ at the height of the impeachment trial without any justifiable
and proven basis.
Despite
the fact that as a lawyer, she is an officer of the court and is ethically and
morally bound to respect Corona
So
just imagine ,guys: ANONG KLASENG PANGHAHAMAK o PAMBABASTOS pa ang maaaring
gawin ni De Lima sa ibang tao na mas mababa sa kaniya kung siya ang magiging
Chief Justice, at wala nang puwedeng pumigil sa kaniya?
De
Lima ARROGANTLY IGNORED the Supreme Court (SC) when she refused to honor a
temporary restraining order it had issued against her watch list order
prohibiting former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her husband Mike from
going abroad.
As
if she’s MORE POWERFUL than the SC, even though SHE’S ONLY the Justice secretary.
Kung
ngayon pa lang ay sa tingin ni De Lima ay MAS MATAAS pa siya kesa
Kataas-taasang Hukuman, paano kaya siya aasta kung siya na ang pinakamatass na
hukom ng bansa?
De
Lima knows the rule that since there is a pending disbarment case against her,
she cannot be Chief Justice.
But
again, she SHAMELESSLY disregards this by accepting her nomination as Chief
Justice. She even boasted that she has her character and resolve to offer in
case she is named as chief magistrate by Pnoy.
I
hope you still remember this, ladies and gentlemen.
At
the height of the impeachment trial, De Lima said once or twice that the Pnoy
Administration is seriously considering having other SC justices IMPEACHED.
