LANTARANG PANLOLOKO NG PROSEKUSYON!

Narito ang isang halimbawa ng LANTARANG PANLOLOKO sa taumbayan ng prosekusyon sa impeachment trial ni Chief Justice Renato Corona.

In a story on the GMA news werbsite, prosecution spokesman and House deputy speaker Lorenzo Tañada III said they went to Malacañang last Thursday as reported by media to verify reports of withdrawals being made from Corona’s bank accounts and his wife’s departure for abroad.

Bakit ko sinasabing LANTARANG PANLOLOKO ito sa atin, MGA KABABAYAN?

First, Malacanang IS NOT AMONG THE BANKS which keeps even one of the accounts of Corona. Neither is Malacanang in a position to FORCE any bank to DISCLOSE any information on one of its clients.

Besides, the names of the banks supposedly holding Corona’s monies are indicated in papers, VERIFIED OR NOT, which the prosecution considers as evidence.

Only an IDIOT would not go straight to the banks to ask about the supposed withdrawals of Corona. Believe me, Tanada would NEVER ADMIT to being an idiot and would raise hell if he has to in objecting to it.

Second, Malacanang is NOT among the three terminals of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) AIRPORT for it to know who’s leaving for abroad.

Neither is Malacanang an airline company. And again, I don’t think Tanada or the other members of the prosecution would admit to being STUPID enough not to know these basics.

One more thing, why should the prosecution be BOTHERED if Mrs. Corona would indeed leave for abroad?

She’s NOT THE ONE ON TRIAL. She’s NOT, has NEVER BEEN And WILL NEVER BE A WITNESS since the defense has declared that the Chief Justice will be their last witness.

Neither is there a hold-departure order against her.

Kaya ANONG PAKIALAM NG PROSEKUSYON kung magabroad man si Mrs, Corona. Bakit nila kailangang malaman? WALA SILANG LEGAL NA KARAPATAN para PAKIALAMAN ang pribadon galawa nito.

So are you people in the prosecution that STUPID, Mr. Tanada? Oh, and DON’T  even dream that the people are. That will be the biggest mistake you’ll ever commit.

Kapag tinanong mo ang isang tao at ang isinagot ay MALAYO PA SA BUWAN sa KATOTOHANAN, MANLOLOKO ang taong iyon!
