DE LIMA TESTIMONY TEST OF HER CREDIBILITY!

As I was writing this piece, the Senate Impeachment Court has ruled with finality that Justice Sec. Leila de Lima will be summoned to testify for the defense.

With her prior and personal objection, let this be a TEST of De Lima’s CREDIBILITY and ADHRENCE TO LAW, considering the fact that she’s in the senatorial lineup of Pnoy’s party in next year’s elections.

A senator is a position of public trust.

If De Lima has nothing to hide and is SINCERELY TRUTHFUL to whatever she says anywhere at any given time, then it should not be a problem for her to take the witness stand again for the defense.

As I’ve written earlier, De Lima should take this as another opportunity to pin down Corona and help prove his guilt with whatever she knows against the Chief Justice.

If she continues to object or fight off her testimony, then following her boss’ ((Pnoy) line of thinking that if you don’t explain there’s something illegal, De Lima must be hiding something.

Or is SCARED of unwittingly REVEALING SOMETHING that might prove ADVANTAGEOUS to Corona, and DAMAGING to the prosecution.

A person tries to avoid an act only if it will result into trouble or the defeat of a cause or proceedings he or she has been openly supporting or campaigning for. That fear arises when that person knows there is something ILLEGAL or IMMORAL which might be exposed with what she’ll do.

And anybody who hides or protects an ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL fact does not deserve public office and public trust, like being a senator of the country.

Again, PeNoy shows his ignorance of the law's fundamental principles: Innocent until proven guilty. The accuser should show EVIDENCE first (has the Anti Money Laundering Council verified the amount? Is it ill-gotten? Where are the docs to prove this?). Then, there is the Bill of Rights. It is the fundamental right of every accused citizen against SELF-INCRIMINATION - PeNOY is practically asking the CJ to violate the Bill of Rights. PeNoy talks of presumption of guilt as something that has to be dispelled even without evidence - if the accusations of the HK relatives of the Ocean Park hostage tragedy were to be broadcast aloud "What was PeNoy doing with a couple of high class call girls at a nearby hotel from the crisis command center at the height of the hostage taking?" - I wonder how he would react....

Yes, Boyet, there is no better word to describe the nightmare this country is going through.  One day, Abnoy will burn in Hell for all the hate that he has been promoting because he is fooling the public.  Perhaps, after Corona gets acquitted, there will be a very special gang in the  Lower House created only for impeaching Corona continuously.

RAMSEY MONTERO
Ang bait kaya ni Pnoy.....nagbigay sya ng proyekto para sa mga OFW na puwede makaLOAN ng pera pangnegosyo.

This creature in Malacanang is the root of all evil besetting our country today.

That is a given for this President PAGPAG.

Iyan ang mahirap sa ating mga Filipino. Mahilig tayo maglagay ng MONSTER sa gobyerno natin eh di naman kaya natin sipain siya doon.

All these are signs of the last days...The people will become lovers of money and power. We might not see all their wrongdoings, but the Judge of all Judges, King of all Kings, the Only One God had accounted all. I couldn't imagine how could they face God.

I'd better keep my mouth shut and wait in abeyance for the result of what our president has started, in cleaning the house that was messed up by the GMA regime rather than have my diatribes and be counted as one of the liabilities of our society!

There is no need to have extensive views on this matter. It would be best for all to just wait for the trial to come to an end and await the verdict of the impeachment court. Should it be an acquittal, then let loose all your comments when despite the verdict, the administration would still find ways to put down the chief magistrate; and if it is a guilty verdict, let it be implemented after which, all could move forward.

PATER DEL ROSARIO
Wala tayong hahanaping mabuti kay abnot. Panay paghihiganti ang nasa utak niyan dahil sa Hacienda Luisita. Utak pulbura na iyan.30
