IMPEACH PROSECUTORS BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES!

So, the prosecution panel in the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona is one BIG BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES

They’re now accusing him of conducting a ‘defense by publicity’ in doing the rounds of various media outfits to air his side on the articles of impeachment against him.

They’re raising hell about it, even if IT’S THE SAME TACTIC they had been employing all along until they rested their case.

When they were appearing in every TV and radio show they can get into, or giving interviews in various publications left and right, the prosecution denied to high heavens that they were trying Corona by publicity.

KAYA KAPAL NAMAN NG MUKHA NINYO PARA MAGREKLAMO!

There’s no law which says it’s only you guys who can give interviews to print and broadcast media. I’m not a lawyer but I’ll dare say that neither is there a rule of court to that effect.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but Corona’s camp NEVER OBJECTED like hell to your media blitz.

If you guys have all the right to present your case in any way you want, Corona also has all the right to clear his name in any manner he deems most effective.

So SHAME ON YOU to object to what Corona is doing now!

Prosecution spokesman Rep. Miro Quimbo said it must be determined if Corona is on leave and not using government logistics like car and gasoline in doing his media rouinds.

I cannot speak for Corona but Quimbo SHOULD ANSWER his own questions in behalf of the prosecution.

Quimbo should prove that all of them in the prosecution DID NOT USE GOVERNMENT EQUIPMENT or spend public money when they were appearing in media.

Quimbo and his colleagues should present proof that they’re not spending government money unjustly. Better yet, they had better render an accounting to date of their budget for the impeachment trial.

If they won’t, then Quimbo and the rest of the prosecution should just SHUT UP! That is, assuming they know what FAIR PLAY IS.
