BILLIONS MORE MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR

The P363.32-billion increase in government debts is just one of two very dangerous signs that must be looked into when it comes to the people’s money.

Keep in mind, people, that collection of HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of all kinds of taxes and fees have NEVER BEEN SUSPENDED since the Aquino Administration took over.

Income tax, real estate tax, road users’ tax and all the fees one has to pay in the processing of transactions or requests in government offices.

Add to these the BILLIONS in earnings of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), Pagcor and other government-owned or controlled companies.

Plus the income from investments of government agencies like the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and the Social Security System (SSS),

I may be forgetting others but the bottom line is billions and billions of pesos are earned by government yearly. And we practically have NO IDEA WHERE the bulk of it is going.

It’s only Pnoy (or, in fairness to him, does he) and a select group of officials from the Department of Budget and Management and Cabinet secretaries know.

As I’’ve written several times before, have you seen or heard of any major government infrastructure project, completed or under construction,  funded by Pnoy’s government since he took over as President?

Or any massive purchase of modern equipment or tools for farmers and fishermen to help increase their catch or harvest, or credit programs worth hundreds of millions of pesos which had been disbursed to a majority of them?

Or any other similar pro-poor or pro-people project funded by our taxes? I haven’t. But believe, I’ll be happy to stand corrected.

The only consistent undertaking I hear about from Pnoy’s government is the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) conditional cash transfer program.

But of the supposed tens or hundreds of thousands of people benefited so far by the CCT, we have yet to see even a few thousands of them and the purported improvement brought about by the program to the quality of their life.

I don’t recall any detailed, public breakdown of the hundreds of millions already (or is it billions already) spent on the CCT, as well as names and addresses of the supposed beneficiaries.

But this early, Budget Sec. Butch Abad has bared plans to INCREASE BY P40 BILLION the budget for the CCT next year. That’s right, boys and girls, P40 billion, not million.

On top of all these, you’ve probably heard of or read by now that Pnoy will be asking for a P2 TRILLION, or P2,000 billion, national next year.

No projects or accomplishments, a P363-32 billion increase in government with no solid proof or clear indication where it went, and Pnoy still wants MORE MONEY,  MORE OF OUR TAXES, next year.

GISING, MGA KABABAYAN! TAYO ANG MADURURSA, ANG LALONG MAGHIHIRAP, HINDI SILA!

Corona's ouster was not democracy, stupid president. It was dictatorship all over again.

LETTY SALVADOR ARCILLA
Ikinahihiya ko itong si  Penoy. Sa labas at loob ng bansa, walang ginawa kundi manira ng kapuwa.

PAULA KNACK
It’s easier to boast and dream THAN TO ACTUALLY SOLVE POVERTY.

TU DOR
Pnoy's theme for Independence Day is "Pananagutan ng bayan para sa tuwid na daan" ....baka pananagutan ng gobyerno sa bayan para sa tuwid na daan

JONEL ACE ESPERANCILLA
In the end, magiging, “Ang pananagutan ni Pnoy sa ginawang KAPALPAKAN SA BAYAN!"

DELIA PASION SANIDAD
Thank you, Mr. Boyet. Your blogs are eye-openers.

FE ALBURO
I don't listen to his speeches. I switch channels every time I see him on TV. I find it so stressful watching and listening to a crackpot.

CATHERINE LOPEZ of Manila
Talaga naman po na kung sino pa ang bobo, yun pa ang mayabang! Defense mechanism niya yan!

VENUS JARRA
Yes, super hambog.

LARD SOLOSA
This president won’t stop until he sees Corona dead.

WHERE DID THE P363.32-B NEW LOANS GO?

REBECCA BADAY
It went to their pockets.

P87-M BUDGET FOR PNOY TRIPS SUSPICIOUS!

EMELYN NAVARRO of Quezon City
Nagpasasa ang mga hitad samantalang maraming nangangailangan ng tulong ditto.

LET’S SHOW GRACE IN PACQUIAO’S LOSS!

JOSE LUIS LEGARDA
Manny was surprised, Even the audience was surprised. Bradleys punches were not even hurting Manny. I guess at the end of the day, let the people be the judge. Manny gave a very good fight. 30
